Return & Refund Acceptance

When you place an order on the Simply Amelia website, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our Return & Refund Policy.

By completing checkout, you agree that:

  • You understand the return conditions and applicable time limits.

  • You will follow the return steps described in this policy.

  • If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, this policy—together with order data and communication history—may be used to support our position.


Returns

If something isn’t right, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days after delivery, provided the requirements below are met.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in resaleable condition (not worn, not washed).

  • It must be returned complete, in its original packaging, with all included components.

  • Only normal inspection/handling should have occurred.

  • Return shipping and any handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we aim to process it within 7 business days. We may decline returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, staining, odor, damage, or alterations not caused by us.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at info@simplyamelia.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Your full name and shipping address

  • Photos of the item (required if the item is defective or damaged)

Do not ship anything back until you receive return instructions from us. Returns sent without approval or sent to an unconfirmed address may be refused.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt/proof of shipment until your return is fully completed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@simplyamelia.com with:

  • Order number

  • Short description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a brief video showing the problem

After review, we may offer a replacement (subject to stock and the nature of the issue). In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.

If a replacement is approved, it is typically arranged within 7–14 business days.


Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

Lost in Transit

If tracking indicates your parcel is lost or stuck, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will support the carrier investigation and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, arrange an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).

Refused / Unclaimed / Address Issues

If a package is refused at delivery, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, an administration and reshipment handling deduction may be applied to any refund to cover associated costs.


Cancellations and Withdrawal

If you want to cancel, contact info@simplyamelia.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be stopped in transit. If shipment has already occurred, you can request a return after delivery by following the procedure above.

Where applicable, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.


Chargebacks and Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, contact Simply Amelia first—we handle problems faster when we can work with you directly.

If a bank dispute or chargeback is filed, we may submit supporting documentation, including:

  • Order confirmation details

  • Shipment and tracking records

  • Email communications and any provided photos/video

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may slow the resolution process and may affect future purchase eligibility.


Important Information

  • Returns may be directed to an international fulfillment or logistics facility, depending on your order route. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing timeframes, or border inspections.

  • Items that are hygiene-sensitive may be rejected if returned used, worn, or in an unsanitary condition.

  • Returns are not automatically free; shipping and handling fees may apply.
