Every order placed with Simply Amelia is prepared with attention and accuracy. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed over for shipment. Purchases made on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times generally range between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the destination within Canada. We collaborate with reliable logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent so you can follow your package in transit.
Shipping Costs
Simply Amelia offers free standard shipping on all orders to Canada, with no minimum purchase required.
Free shipping applies to transportation and handling only.
Import duties, customs fees, and applicable federal or provincial taxes (including GST, HST, or PST) are not included in the product price and may be charged separately by Canadian customs authorities or the carrier upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Simply Amelia does not collect or remit import duties on behalf of customers unless explicitly stated at checkout.
